EXHIBITORS ALREADY SIGNING UP IN RECORD NUMBERS FOR IWF 2006

The International Woodworking Machinery & Furniture Supply Fair announced that it has completed initial booth assignments for IWF 2006. Over 970 companies have been assigned booth space, a new record. IWF will hold its 21st biennial event August 23-26, 2006 at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta.

From the initial exhibit placement of previous exhibitors only, IWF 2006 will be at least double the size of any similar industry event in South or North America. Already, the 2006 event is on a pace to set new IWF records, show organizers said.

Continued growth in key market segments such as cabinetry, flooring, fenestration, and customization along with a stabilizing economy are expected to fuel record exhibit sales for IWF 2006, they added.

Exhibitors and buyers can go online and keep up-to-date with latest information on IWF at the official website: www.iwf2006.com, which will provide information on exhibiting, attending, travel and hotels, registration, products and services on display at IWF, and industry related news.

IWF is owned and sponsored by American Home Furnishings Alliance (AHFA), Wood Machinery Manufacturers of America® (WMMA®), and Woodworking Machinery Industry Association (WMIA).
