iwf The International Woodworking Machinery & Furniture Supply Fair - USA (IWF) is one of the world's largest trade shows for the furniture manufacturing, architectural woodwork, custom and general woodworking industries - and it's more than just woodworking. IWF also meets the needs of the engineered wood product, composite, wood substitute, display and store fixture, plastic fabricating, flooring, surfacing and laminating, and upholstery industries. IWF is a joint venture partnership of the American Furniture Manufacturers Association, Wood Machinery Manufacturers of America and Woodworking Machinery Industry Association.

AWFS® began in 1911 as the Suppliers Chapter of the California Furniture Manufacturers Association. In 1979, AWFS® was incorporated as a separate entity to fulfill a major need to represent the interests of companies and individuals who supply the home and institutional furnishings manufacturing industries.

For over 100 years, the Wood Machinery Manufacturers of America has worked to increase the productivity and profitability of U.S. machinery and tooling manufacturers and the businesses that support them. Over that time, WMMA has dedicated itself to the advancement of the U.S. woodworking machinery and cutting tool industry while promoting awareness of American technology in the woodworking industry.

The NAM's mission is to enhance the competitiveness of manufacturers and to improve American living standards by shaping a legislative and regulatory environment conducive to U.S. economic growth, and to increase understanding among policymakers, the media and the public about the importance of manufacturing to America's economic strength.

Manufacturing Extension Partnership MEP stands for the Manufacturing Extension Partnership. MEP is a nationwide network of not-for-profit centers in over 400 locations nationwide, whose sole purpose is to provide small and medium sized manufacturers with the help they need to succeed.
