WMIA has collected a variety of tools to help solve problems in woodworking projects. The Woodworking Technology Shop Guide contains useful conversion tables and other information relating to machinery repair and installation.
You can download the Shop Guide, personalize it by adding your company’s logo, have it printed by your local print shop and distribute it to your customers as a useful tool that will remind them of your company.
U.S. Census Bureau and U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, New Residential Construction, May 16, 2017
The U.S. Census Bureau released new data today on building permits in April 2017 showing a seasonally adjusted annual rate (SAAR) of 1,229,000, down 2.5percent from the revised March rate, but up 5.7 percent from April 2016.
Housing starts in April 2017 were at a SAAR of 1,172,000, down 2.6 percent from March 2016, but up 0.7 percent from April 2016.

The U.S. Census Bureau today announced new data showing that March 2017 business inventories were $1,840.8 billion, up 0.2 percent from February 2017, and up 2.6 percent from March 2016. Sales were $1,361.0 billion, virtually unchanged from the previous month but up 6.5 percent from one year earlier.
