ELKHART, IN — American Millwork Corp., a manufacturer of hardwood interior mouldings, is in the process of ceasing its manufacturing operations, according to WSBT. The company will be laying off about 67 employees.

“With the lack of sufficient homes being built, there is no sufficient demand for our product,” said Greg Clark, president.

About five or six employees will remain as the company maintains its sales, marketing and local retail outlet, and workers received a severance package, Clark said. Read more.
