RESTON, VA — According to participating members in the Kitchen Cabinet Manufacturers Assn. monthly Trend of Business Survey, cabinet sales for May 2009 decreased 35.2% compared to sales for May 2008. Stock cabinet sales decreased 34.3%, semi-custom sales decreased 34.9% and custom sales decreased 34.9%.

The year-to-date sales show a decrease of 33%, with stock sales down 25.5%, semi-custom sales down 37.8% and custom sales down 40.9%.
